So in case you haven't heard...the stars have aligned and Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby are both happening today: May 5th. In honor of this rare astrological phenomenon we are celebrating big at Gnat's!
Lunch specials today: Homemade Burgoo (Kentucky style brunswick stew)! Hearty stew of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, field peas, butter beans, fresh okra, fresh tomatoes, fresh corn, cream corn, carrots, tri colored bell peppers, vidalia onions, celery, and potatoes simmered low and slow for several hours served with cheesy corn muffins!
We're also having a Cinco de Mayo Dog: Grilled hot dog topped with fresh avocado, pepperjack cheese and chipotle sauce!
Drink specials all day: $3 margaritas, $3 strawberry margaritas, $2 cans of Tecate, Mint Juleps served in a Makers Mark glass, and $4 well bourbon drinks!
