In Honor of Boz's Birthday...

Robert's family and staff want to celebrate his birthday and his passion for life while raising money for Faithworks Ministry. As you know, Robert was a big believer in helping and supporting others, so we want to honor him on August 6th by continuing his practice of "cheerful giving."

I'm sure most of you are very familiar with Faithworks, but for those of you who have not met Wright Culpepper and gotten to know the work that he and the staff do through the ministry at Fairthworks, I have included their mission statement below.

FaithWorks is a nonprofit faith based organization located in Glynn County, GA, actively developing collaborative, ecumenical, and secular partnerships to maximize resources that meet human needs. Currently we partner with 36 churches and have over 1250 individuals and businesses who provide financial support. We seek to foster relationships and community spirit by connecting people with people and churches with neighborhoods so that new understandings about one another work to eliminate prejudice and to heal brokenness. Our mission is “Putting our faith to work so all might know that faith works.”

Many of you know that Wright visited and talked with Robert numerous times while he was in the hospital last year giving not only Robert, but the rest of Robert's family, a great deal of emotional support, good conversation, and of course, a little bit of humor.  Wright was also requested by Robert to preside over his memorial service in June, as he had deep respect for Wright and the work that he does through this ministry. Robert would be very happy to share his birthday in this way.

Next Tuesday, August 6th, we hope you will come celebrate Robert's birthday and support Faithworks!
When you have lunch, dinner, snacks, or spirits at any of Boz's places, Gnat's, Bubba's, and Bubba Up, 25% of all revenue generated that day will go directly to Faithworks. There will also be a  "wishing well" at the three places, just in case you want to give Faithworks a little extra gift! The String Rays, unplugged, have agreed to come play on Gnat's patio from 6-8. They are one of our favorites at Gnat's, so it is sure to be fun!

Thank you again for your love and support, and we hope to see you next Tuesday!

With love,
Mary Bostock
Carlton Bostock, Jocelyn Bostock and Joe Rutter,
Emily Laborde Hines and Ryan Hines
Keith Laborde, Madeline Laborde
and
The staffs of Gnat's Landing, Bubba Garcia's, and Bubba Up
